Antenatal Classes

Classes comprise of three sessions, run over 3 weeks, to help inform women of what to expect
in the stages of labour, delivery, pain-relief and post natal care.
** One-to-one sessions are also available by arrangement **

Refreshments are provided and, at the end of the classes, couples are given a comprehensive
information pack which includes specific advice for new fathers, included in the course fee.

Classes are held in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a view to eliminating worry and
negative stress.
